Marketing and Communications assistant

I’ve spent the last 12 years building my real estate business, and am looking for a creative, motivated assistant to support me and my team to help us reach big goals. Your role will have a large focus on supporting the team with marketing, communication and client relationship management.

Why I’m hiring: 

• The real estate market is busy, and my client base continues to grow. I need a great individual to join our team and help us manage business and continue to grow
• We have a large database that needs managing
• I’m looking for someone who has great people skills and can work with clients throughout the process to make sure they are clearly communicated to and taken care of
• But I’m not just looking for your average customer service rep or administrative assistant. I’m looking for someone that’s excited to learn the real estate business, and who is looking forward to taking on challenges that will help our team grow and become stronger

You are responsible for: 

• Coordinating sales transactions for buyers and sellers from pre-listing up through getting under contract. Our transaction coordinator takes over at that point
• Managing client database and contact management system
• Learning the SHRE Team brand and creating social media content that enhances our outreach and engages a broad audience
• Managing the SHRE blog, Facebook/Insta/Pinterest with an editorial calendar
• Creating marketing flyers
• Developing simple marketing materials to promote listings and grow the business

Requirements for crushing it: 

• Be super organized. You can create calm out of chaos
• You love helping people by phone, email, etc. to ensure their questions are answered and they feel taken care of
• Have great written and verbal communication
• Be a self-starter, and identify what needs to get done on any given project
• You can juggle lots of projects at once
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
• 3 years of experience in marketing, public relations and/or communications role

Bonus points for:

• Real estate experience, but if you don’t have it, that’s ok! You just need to be interested in learning.
• Graphic design experience

This position offers a hybrid work environment and flexible schedule. This is a full time position. Starting salary between 50-55k  based on experience. Willing to negotiate for the right candidate.
